Concurred with the celebration of the Buwan ng Wikang Pambansa, Bulacan State University (BulSU) held its monthly Convocation last August 27, 2019 at the University Valencia Hall. With the theme "Filipino: Wika ng Paninindigan at Progresibong Kamalayan tungo sa Edukasyong Makabayan", the ceremony was hosted by the College of Arts and Letters (CAL).

Auto industry zooms with double-digit sales growth every year. Also, the growing number of driving individuals conforms to the increasing occurrence of road accidents every single day. That is why safety precautions are a must to be discussed to serve as a reminder for the do's and don'ts on the road. In line with this, the Land Transportation Office (LTO) held its Road Safety Awareness Seminar in partnership with the Bulacan State University (BulSU) last August 28, 2019 at the Valencia Hall.

Bulacan State University (BulSU) retained its continued certification two years in a row through the recent ISO Surveillance Audit by SGS Survey Team led by Mr. Arnold Dizon last August 2, 2019. It passed the ISO 9001:2015 or the International Standard for a Quality Management System(QMS).

July 23, 24, 31 and August 1, 2019 were the days for the freshman students in which they faced the new chapter of their scholastic life as the Office of the Student Affairs and Services held its Handog ni BulSU kay Bunso at the Valencia hall. They served as the new sprouts that will be watered with talents, skills and notions by the Bulacan State University and also will be equipped with the BulSU equation for success according to the University President Dr. Gascon, "Excellence equals to Knowledge plus Character."

First day of August 2019 was also the day of the ribbon cutting of another success of Bulacan State University. The Clinic and Audio-Visual Room were launched for the very first time for the students and employees at BulSU-Bustos Campus.

July 31, 2019 San Rafael Bulacan - The University President Dr. Cecilia S. Navasero-Gascon together with BulSU Vice President for Executive Operations, Dr. Teody C. San Andres joined the Municipal Mayor of San Rafael, Hon. Cipriano D. Violago, Vice Mayor Hon. Edison M. Veneracion, and 3rd District of Bulacan Representative Hon. Lorna C. Silverio in the symbolic digging ceremony for the groundbreaking of Bulacan State University- San Rafael Campus.

To gather the BulSU, DOST-ERDT, and CHED scholars, the Office of Faculty and Staff Development headed by Dr. Remedios O.
