The University President Dr. Cecilia S. Navasero-Gascon together with the Provincial Governor of Bulacan Hon. Daniel Fernando, University Vice Presidents, College Deans, faculty and students attended the program.

Atty. Sushen Sison from the Legal Office of LTO Region III explained that accidents are due to reckless driving. She asserted in her speech, “This seminar on Road Safety Awareness is both timely and significant, for it could arrest a problem that claim lives and properties of many Filipinos. “

The University President thanked the organizers of the event, and assured LTO that BulSU will always be one with them in promoting road safety through proper information on laws, rules, and regulations pertinent to land transportation.
