Pamantasang Lungsod ng Valenzuela Benchmarking at Bulacan State University

BulSU warmly welcomed Pamantasang Lungsod ng Valenzuela for a benchmarking activity focusing on the university’s initiatives for PWD students. PLV, represented by its College President Dr. Nedy Torralba, accompanied by the City Social Welfare Development Head Ms. Dorothy Evangelista, and selected CSWD personnel, were graciously received by the BulSU welcoming committee. The committee was led by the BulSU President Dr. Teody C. San Andres, accompanied by VPAA Edgardo Santos, Students Affairs Deans Dr. Remigio Musca and Prof. Joseph Roy Celestino, and Student Policy and Program Development Director Dr. Elmira Thrina Pelayo, ensured a hospitable reception. This engagement provided an invaluable opportunity to exchange insights and practices, particularly regarding the convenience and facilities the university offers for differently-abled BulSUans.
