BulSU Confucius Institute gathers for the Turn Over Ceremony

The event was attended by the University President Dr. Cecilla S. Navasero-Gascon, Vice President for Executive Operations, Dr. Teody San Andres, Director of the Office of International Affairs, Mr. Edilberto Flores, Jr., College Deans, and Local Mandarin Teachers.

In an inspirational message, Dr. Gascon expressed her deepest gratitude for Director Wei Shuili, in her message she said, “The partnership of Bulacan State University (BulSU) and Confucius Institute (CI) has served as an expansion and creation of opportunities that amplify and improve the effectiveness of each organization.”  

Moreover, she welcomed Director Liu Yuan and she asserted on her speech that, “I look forward to more advancement and continue working together for a common goal of providing excellent service to the stakeholders of both institutions in her tenure.”

After the Token of Appreciation was presented, the program was ended with a Closing Remarks by Director Edilberto Flores, Jr. of the Office of International Affairs.
