Symbolic Handover: Passing the Torch of BulSU Leadership

The Bulacan State University community saw a historic event as the university's symbols were formally given over from the outgoing President, Dr. Cecilia S. Navasero-Gascon, to the fourth BulSU President, Dr. Teody C. San Andres, in an environment of enthusiasm and unification.
