Making proactive decisions, BulSU decided to conduct said activity to further augment the capabilities of its Faculty. On the first day of the webinar, Dr. Joane V. Serrano of UP Open University facilitated the morning session where she discussed the importance of course alignments such as learning outcome, assessment, and activity and its continuous process.

Meanwhile, in the afternoon session,  Dr. Remedios O. Azarcon talked about the guidelines in test construction in a simple but yet understandable way considering the revised Bloom's taxonomy and its underlying terminologies Dr. Azarcon also covered the general guidelines in writing a test pointing out the use of multiple choices in giving an exam as she emphasized that it is essential to use scoring guidelines or rubrics to assess the learners' performance and know how they will be graded.

Continuing on the second day, Mr. Jayson P. Maglalang put on an exciting session, sharing the easiest ways to use different applications and software in video editing that will enhance the online class of the faculty to be more engaging and useful in the virtual discussion. On the other hand, Mr. Angelo I. Reyes expounded on cyber security and data privacy, a very important topic since most classes and meetings are held online and sensitive information are uploaded to the cloud. He also showed relevant videos related to his topic which made his discussion more informative.

The recent activity, which was spearheaded by the Office of the Vice President for Academic Affairs, is a reminder that education is a continuous process, and teaching is a learning experience both for the learners and the teachers.
