Leadership Resilience: May Convocation

The gathering coincided with the birthday celebration of University President Dr. Cecilia S. Navasero-Gascon who also served as the guest speaker for the event. During her message/mini-lecture, Dr. Gascon enumerated and explained the finer points of being a level 5 leader, the challenges they face, and the managerial skills of leaders of good to best companies in the world.

In a surprise move, the Council of Deans under the leadership of the Vice President for Academic Affairs pulled out surprise video greetings, performances, and tributes to the birthday celebrant in honor of her achievements for the University. The celebration was concluded by the warm wishes and aspirations of the Vice President for Executive Operations, who also lauded the University President for her unwavering dedication and commitment to transform Bulacan State University into the premiere academic institution of the region know for providing learners with 21^st century education.
