Early in the morning, a parade motorcade with street dancing from the Malolos Sports and Convention Center jump-started the festivities which culminated in an opening ceremony at the Valencia Hall. The jam-packed venue was attended by the BulSU Executive Committee, the University Administrative Council and Management Committee, faculty members, Non-Academic Personnel, students, and guests. All of those present were treated to spectacular performances by selected members of the BulSU Community and bore witness to the unveiling of the BulSU Silver Anniversary logo.
In her message, the University President Dr. Cecilia Navasero-Gascon stressed the importance of harmony amongst all members of the BulSU community in order to further push the University to become the best in the region.
