Passing the Baton of Responsibility: COCC Graduation and New Officers

The Bulacan State University Activity Center held witness to the culmination of the trainings that built the character, sensibility, and the military and leadership skills of the COCC Class 47-2017 batch of cadets. The event took place on February 2, 2018 at exactly four in the afternoon. Attending the ceremony were the officers of the BulSU Reserve Officer Training Course Department headed by the Commandant of the BulSU ROTC Unit, Lieutenant Colonel Leonardo A. Soratos CAV-PA, Assistant Commandant 2nd Lieutenant Leonardo L. Tobias II RES-PA, Tactical Officer Second Lieutenant Ulyses G. Simon (INF) PA, Admin Officer Second Lieutenant Leonilo C. San Diego (RES) PA, and outgoing COCC Officers.

The event included the presentation of the candidates for graduation, sword dubbing, pinning of ranks, and the oath taking of the new officers. Vice President for Executive Operations Dr. Teody C. San Andres graced the event as the guest speaker and delivered an inspiring message on what it takes to be a true leader and a great contributor to nation building.
