Duties :
  • Print and evaluate DTRs of Non-regular faculty members (honoraria) and Regular faculty members (excess), Employee by Job Order and Contract of Service assigned in the Main Campus for the preparation of payrolls and vouchers.
  • Print payrolls and vouchers (per assigned college) as supporting documents for tax remittances and prepares payroll summary to be submitted to the Central HRMO.
  • Prepares and prints quarterly certificate of creditable tax withheld (BIR Form 2307) of non-regular faculty and non-teaching personnel.
  • Updates Yearly Subsidiary ledger of Non-regular and Regular Faculty members, Employee by Job Order and Contract of Service.
  • Answers inquiries and verification of non-regular and regular faculty members, Employee by Job Order and Contract of Service regarding their honoraria and/or excess.
  • Files payrolls and other documents needed in the preparation of payrolls such as daily time records, faculty workloads, etc.
  • Reviews, sorts, computes late and undertime of regular employees, Employee by Job Order and Contract of Service of the university and files their daily time records.
  • Send pay slips to each part-time faculty after every payroll cut-off and pay slips to regular faculty (excess), Employee by Job Order and Contract of Service every first week of the month.
  • Does related tasks as may be assigned
Education : Graduate of four (4) year degree course
Preferably graduate of BS Business Administration major in Management/Financial Management
Experience : With clerical work experience
Training : None required
Eligibility : None required
Other Qualifications : With computer, analytical and communication skills
Preferably with knowledge in payroll preparation
Computer literate
Has the ability to multi-task
