Position : Guidance and Wellness Facilitator

Duties :
  • Prepares form, invitations, questionnaires, and other instruments needed for gathering information about the students;
  • Coordinates with the GCSC Head in inviting, scheduling resource persons for training, seminars/webinars, and symposium;
  • Confer with parents concerning the problems of students;
  • Assist in the preparation of test schedule and the administration of individual and group tests;
  • Check and scores psychological tests administered to students;
  • Encode and submit written report of tests results and interpretations;
  • Help in the research and evaluation activities of the center;
  • Identify potential drop-outs and try to help them in the process;
  • Help in compiling and evaluating Individual Inventory Files;
  • Conduct individual and group counseling;
  • Prepares written reports based on the profile and data gathered from the students;
  • Participate in the events throughout the year sponsored by the Office of Student Affairs and Services, Student Welfare Division, and Guidance and Counseling Services Center;
  • Coordinate with the External Vice Chancellor of OSAS, Student Welfare Campus Director, and Head of Guidance and Counseling Services Center;
Qualifications
Education : Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Psychology
Experience : None required
Training : None required
Eligibility : Licensed Psychometrician
Other Qualifications : Good in oral and written communication
With good character and attitude
