Duties :
  • Coordinate programs and projects under IEG;
  • Develop Data Banking System for IEG;
  • Check and verify communication forms and other records;
  • Deliver intra-office and inter-office correspondences, packages and messages;
  • Conduct legwork on community extension field work;
  • Maintaining, securing and caring records of IEG;
  • Prepare periodical, quarterly and annual report of IEG;
  • Conform with procedures and work instructions promptly;
  • Controlled copies of the latest approved documents issued or distributed to authorized copyholders in timely manner;
  • Coordinate with the QMS implementation, documentation, monitoring update of the status of compliance obligation and notifies department head to address active concerns;
  • Perform other duties as maybe assigned from time to time;
  • Do related work;

Education : Graduate of BS Information Technology
Experience : None required
Training : None required
Eligibility : None required
Other Qualifications : Exposure on coomunity extension activities communication, digital and interpersonal
Other skills in social, community work and driving
