Meanwhile, BulSU President Dr. Cecilia Gascon shared her vision before the crowd to construct a library if she’ll be given a chance and emphasized that the event is now a reality and that it brings pride to Bulacan State University.

The institution is with great hope that the new library will serve as a regional hub of learning and development in Central Luzon.

The numerous amenities and spaces in the facility will be of great use to everyone especially to the students and future leaders.

It will help the scholars to work efficiently and produce quality output and services to be highly competent, ethical, and service-oriented professionals.

The state-of-the-art building houses a theater, function halls, audio-visual rooms, discussion rooms, teleconference rooms, study rooms and cyber halls.

It was designed by Architect Mark Oxley C. Enriquez.
