Gold Gear Awards: Continuing the Legacy of Excellence

Bulacan State University students have made a hobby out of bagging top spots in national competitions and becoming champions in sporting events. Such was proven last December 2018 with the trifecta of achievements BulSUans in the SCUAA, CAASUC, and MMFF. These outstanding athletes, performers, and filmmakers were given honor in the annual Bulacan State University Gold Gear Awards on May 9, 2019 at the Valencia Hall.

During the event, University President. Dr. Cecilia S. Navasero-Gascon congratulated the participants for bringing glory to themselves and the University while also encouraging them to become humble despite their great achievements. Visitors from the Senate of the Philippines also dropped by to commend the winners. A simple victory party was also given to the students at 3pm as a token of the University’s thanks.
