During the celebration, three important programs were spearheaded by Dr. Victor C. Ramos and the entire UEO department. These include: SAMBALARAN Volunteerism Movement: An Inter-operative and Co-Operative Progressive Action for Responsive Community Engagements which was launched during the opening ceremony, SAMBALARAN Adopters’ Livelihood Showcase Galore in partnership with the Department of Trade and Industry, and GAWAD-SAMBALARAN Ikaw ang Aking Bayani which awarded notable contributors to the community in the closing ceremony.
