A Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) for the partnership of Bulacan State University Confucius Institute (BulSU-CI) and Lyceum of the Philippines University-Batangas (LPU-Batangas) was signed on January 6, 2022, which was held online via Zoom Meetings. One of the goals of this alliance is to be able to bring forth Mandarin Instructors from BulSU-CI to LPU-Batangas.

A Memorandum of Agreement was signed between the Bulacan State University (BulSU) Graduate School-College of Education and the Coast Guard Education Training and Doctrine Command (CGETDC) on November 25, 2021. Dedicated to the pursuit "Upgrading the Teaching Proficiency and Efficiency of Coast Guard Trainers", the ceremony took place at the BulSU Hostel which was graced by the University President, Dr. Cecilia S. Navasero-Gascon and the Executive Vice President and OIC-Dean of GS, Dr. Teody C. San Andres and Commander CG Commodore Eustacio Nimrod P. Enriquez Jr, CGETDC Commander.

As the nation is overwhelmed by another year of the pandemic situation, many women and children in many areas are suffering from violence and abuse. Not everyone is so aware of this gender issue thus, GADC continues to intensify the campaign to end violence and abuse against women and children. In support to the government's effort to eliminate VAWC, the Bulacan State University - Gender and Development Center (BulSU-GADC) annually observes the 18 Day Campaign to End Violence Against Women and Children where it maximizes efforts to prepare activities that will enjoin the community to advocate anti-violence against women and children.
