Bulacan State University (BulSU), with its aim to empower the BulSU faculty, kicked off on June 30, 2020 a series of webinars specially crafted for its teaching personnel. With the theme "Empowering the BulSU Faculty in the New Normal", the objectives of the initial webinars are to prepare the faculty forreintegration back in the workplace, lessen their stress, and help them be more aware of the different online learning platforms.

Upon Bulacan's shift from ECQ to a less stricter GCQ at the beginning of June, BulSU started calling back its employees to physically report in their respective offices. However, standard precautionary measures were still put in place to ensure the safety of all the staff.

Engaging in community services has been a commitment of Bulacan State University (BulSU). BulSU consistently creates a culture that supports focus, not just on instruction, but also on extension aids. The surge of the pandemic crisis on COVID 19 was the perfect avenue to exhibit the skills of organization and flexibility and the values of commitment, compassion, and generosity of the members of the University. While also hit with the upshots of the virus catastrophe, the different colleges and offices of BulSU did not have second thoughts to intitiate activities and tasks that may lessen the burden of those people despodently socked by this tragic quandary.

As the Enhanced Community Quarantine went on, Bulacan State University (BulSU) also carried on with its initiatives for the benefit of its stakeholders. One of which is to drive home a number of BulSU students who were stranded in their dormitories. Some of which lived in as far away as Pampanga while those who chose to stay were closely monitored by the BulSU Administration with the help of the Student Government to make sure that their needs are sustained during the quarantine. Meanwhile, a number of BulSU employees continue to be volunteers on the relief goods packaging and distribution to different areas in Bulacan.

True to its vision to become globally recognized in responsive community engagement, Bulacan State University continues to get hold of ways to extend its aid and support to communities in need. As the Philippines is currently irked by the COVID-19 crisis which resulted in Luzon lockdown since March 14, 2020, BulSU has been actively participating in different activities initiated by the local government of the Province of Bulacan and of the City of Malolos.

With a goal to better help those in need of medical attention, the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) donated several Patient Transport Vehicles (PTVs) to Bulacan State University (BulSU) and to Local Government Units (LGUs) all over the country. This is a timely event as we are hit by the COVID 19 crisis particularly in terms of rendering emergency medical care.
