BulSU Meneses Campus Inks Partnership with the LGU of Bulakan

Bulacan State University Extension Service for External Campuses and BulSU-Meneses Campus, together with the Municipality of Bulakan, signed a Memorandum of Agreement on March 7, 2023. This project with the theme Oplan Sagip Kalikasan: Project Waste to Grace Phase I” is a research-based extension project designed and proposed by Prof. Ana Maria G. Felizardo, Campus Head of Academics, Industry and Community Extension as part of the initiative and programs of the Extension Services for External Campuses. The implementing unit of the said project is the BulSU-Meneses Campus with its BSED, BTVTED, and BSBA Programs.

The activity’s goal is to help the residents of Bulakan with segregation and waste management of the residents of Bulakan. It aims to educate the residents about better waste management. This includes the conversion of waste materials to more sustainable and usable materials.

The Memorandum of Agreement was inked by the University President of BulSU, Dr. Cecilia S. Navasero- Gascon, and Bulakan, Bulacan Mayor Vergel C. Meneses. This event was also graced by other University officials and members of the Sangguniang Bayan of Bulakan and heads of concerned offices.
