BulSU-CI Partners with Lyceum of the Philippines University-Batangas

The signing event was graced by BulSU officials headed by the University President Dr. Cecilia S. Navasero-Gascon, BulSU Executive Vice President and Filipino Director for BulSU-CI, Dr. Teody C. San Andres, Chinese Director-BulSU-CI Dir. He Jing, and Executive Director for External Relations and internationalization Dr. Mary Ann P. Carranza, while Dr. Cecilia C. Pring Vice President for Academics represented LPU-Batangas.
