Dr. Cecilia Navasero-Gascon delivered an inspiring message to the hopeful students during the Recognition of Honors and encouraged them to be at their best in any endeavor they seek to undertake.  During the commencement exercises, the guest speaker—Governor-elect Daniel R. Fernando, fondly recollected his days as a student of the University (then known as the Bulacan College of Arts and Trades or BCAT) while reminding the graduates to value humility and put God at the center of all their decisions and efforts.
