The Bulacan State University’s mothly convocation with the theme: Ethics, Integrity, and Accountability for Good Governance was held on September 10, 2018 at the BulSU Valencia Hall at 7:30 in the morning. Civil Service Commission Chairperson Hon. Alicia Dela Rosa-Bala graced the event as the guest speaker. In her speech, Chairperson Dela Rosa-Basa stressed the importance of putting integrity in civil service as it serves as the driving force for sustainable development. The entire BulSU Executive Committee, Administrative Council, Academic Council, Non-Academic Personnel, Faculty, and students attended the monthly gathering.
