The festivities kicked-off inside the BulSU Valencia Hall at 8:30 in the morning with all members of the Executive Committee, Administrative and Academic Councils, Faculty Association Union (FAU), Non-Academic Personnel Association NAPA, and students from across all colleges present during the ceremony.
The program went underway with performances by selected students from cultural groups, surprise dance numbers from the Council of Deans and the Satellite Campus Administration, and greetings from the Presidents of FAU, NAPA, and the Supreme Student Council. Dr. Gascon delivered a detailed speech on the accomplishments of the University from September 2017 up to the present which became the highlight of the event, plus a song number to boot. The program was capped off by a scrumptious buffet lunch held at the CSSP AVR.
