Mid-Year Evaluation

In the continuous effort to strengthen the administration's desire to achieve the University Vision and Mission the 3 rd annual Mid-Year Evaluation, organized by the Planning and Development Office (PDO), was held on July 31, 2018 at the Bulacan State University Bustos Campus AVR. Members of the University Executive Committee alongside the Administrative and Academic Council attended the day- long event in order to broker the fit and cheerlead for the good implementation of strategic plans. The evaluation succeeded in identifying the need for improvement in areas in the institution that require attention as well as share the best practices among each of the units of the administration in order to inspire other offices to follow suit.

With each of the departments expressing the desire to help conduct the many changes and innovations in management, the mid-year evaluation was viewed as an opportunity to improve and not as an obstacle to overcome. Bulacan State University always has and always will seek paths to a truly excellent organization and an enlightened management.
