Green BulSU @ Sarmiento

In order to do its part in preserving the environment, the Bulacan State University Sarmiento Campus launched Green BulSU in cooperation with Green Empowerment Green Governance of the Philippines, Climate Reality, the PCUP Committee on Climate Change, and the Presidential Commission for the Urban Poor. The event was held at the BulSU Sarmiento Activity Center on April 17, 2018 at 8AM.

The launch was attended by Executive Director for Green Empowerment Green Governance of the Philippines Miss Christina Cayabyab, Sarmiento Campus Dean Dr. Romeo Inasoria, Campus Secretary Ms. Lorelei Consuelo, and the University President Dr. Cecilia Navasero-Gascon, who tapped into her valued experience as a forester to deliver an impromptu lecture on the conservation of the environment. A video presentation was also shown to the students in order to further emphasize the importance of preserving nature for the future generations.
