On February 13, 2018, a memorandum of understanding was signed between BulSU and the Canadian Executive Service Organization (CESO). This collaboration states that the non-profit organization will provide a highly skilled Lead Volunteer Adviser (LVA) which would share technical, professional, and managerial advisory support to the University. This will lead to a joint assessment and planning mission with BulSU and its stakeholders.

A few days later on the 26th of February, a memorandum of agreement was established between the University and the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP). A collection of books and reading materials known as the Knowledge Resource Collection (KRC) was provided for free by the BSP with the goal of giving BulSU Students additional knowledge sources in the field of Finance. It was also promised by the BSP that any new materials published will also be given for free to the University. This new collection is located and available for viewing at the College of Education Library.
