Rizal Day Anniversary @ Plaridel

As part of Bulacan State University’s continuing efforts to establish responsive community engagements, University President Dr. Cecilia N. Gascon graced the Rizal Day Celebration in Plaridel Bulacan as its guest speaker. In her speech, the Dr. Gascon stressed the importance of having true faith in the Almighty which leads to the practice of good works towards the community and the nation. The event started at exactly 7:03 in the morning of December 31, 2017 and was also attended by Vice President for Executive Operations Dr. Teody C. San Andres and the entire Plaridel Administration headed by Mayor Jocelle Aimee Vistan-Casaje.
