Dr. Cecilia N. Gascon celebrates her second year as President of the Bulacan State University together with the Administrators, regents, students, personnel and faculty of the University through the inauguration of the newly renovated Main Gate and an afterward program.

The BulSU Main Gate: A New Symbol

The main gate, which now stands as the new face of Bulacan State University is the symbol of BulSU’s quest for excellence and relevance. A symbol of the values: “S-O-A-R” that is the identity of the graduates of the Bulacan State University.

Looking Back a Way of Moving Forward

The celebration continued at the Valencia Hall where the President delivered her “Balik-Tanaw sa Ikalawang Taong Paglilingkod.”

“…I would like to express my sincerest gratitude to all the efforts each of you has exerted, for all the time each of you has spent, for all the sacrifices each of you has endured, and for the fervor each of you has devoted to bring BulSU to where it is right now. You are all significant ingredients of BulSU that we are now.” She added.
