Despite our continuous commitment to uphold principle of fairness and integrity, there are verified reported incidents of unauthorized solicitation using the name of Dr. Cecilia N. Gascon, University President, allegedly for the Marawi conflict victims, which this institution vehemently denies.
Please be informed that the University has authorized no such solicitations. The BulSU community deplores, in the strongest possible terms, the said dishonorable act which aims to take advantage of the kindness of unwitting victims of deceit. In addition, the administration is taking steps to track down and put an end to this farce. Also, the only official solicitations made by the university administration was through a partnership with the Provincial Government of Bulacan which only asked for canned goods and clothing for the evacuees.
