Position : BulSU Hostel Supervisor

Duties :
  • Supervise Hostel staff in the performance of their duties;
  • Conduct check-in and checkout procedures;
  • Interacting with guests/residents and identifying their needs and preferences;
  • Record and respond to guests'/ residents' concerns;
  • Maintain accurate reservation information;
  • Maintain the hostel facilities in proper working order;
  • Enforcing hostel security and health and safety procedures and regulations;
Qualifications
Education : Graduate of Hotel Restaurant Management
Experience : With a minimum of two (2) years of work experience in a hostel environment
Training : None required
Eligibility : None required
Other Qualifications : Exceptional customer service skills; organizational skills and attention to detail.
