Duties :
  • Assigns, supervises and directs work to personnel in the budgeting, accounting, cashiering and other units involved in finance and management activities, gives instructions on recommends actions for conformance with regulation and policies.
  • Supervises and directs the preparation of estimates of expenditures and reviews and consolidate the budget estimates of the university.
  • Reviews fiscal documents and accounts relating to disbursement of funds and over the budgeted expenditures for the University.
  • Supervises the preparation of financial reports and justifications for budget estimates.
  • Assists the University President during hearings conducted on matters relating to the budget and finance and serves as liaison officer of the college to offices in connection with budgetary and fiscal matters.
  • Does related work.
Education : Master's Degree holder
Experience : 4 years involving management and supervision
Training : 24 hours of training in management and supervision
Eligibility : Career Service (Professional/Second Level Eligibility)
