Duties :
  • Act as liason between extension services office and the agencies, organizations, associations and other groups;
  • Maintain a calendar of technical assistance and advisory services;
  • Manage and coordinate technical assistance ad advisory services activities;
  • Markets and promotes technical assistance and advisory services and programs on a scheduled basis;
  • Prepare an annual budget for technical assistance and advisory services activities;
  • Strengthen existing relationships with technical assistance and advisory services partners and cultivate new ones;
  • Schedule regular technical assistance and advisory services exhibitions in the community and educate staff on community responsibilities;
  • Prepare accurate records and reports on the goals of technical assistance and advisory services plan;
  • Assist in the organization of technical assistance and advisory services initiatives;
  • Prepare accomplishment Reports of Extension Services Office;
  • Prepare Memorandum of Agreement/Memorandum of Understanding;
  • Do related work.
Education : Graduate of BS Information Technology
Experience : At least two (2) years of relevant experience
Training : None required
Eligibility : None required
Other Qualifications : Knowledgeable in communication, digital and programming
