Duties :
  • Evaluates entrance certificates and college transcripts in teacher education, engineering & architecture,
  • industrial technology, graduate students and all students admission to the University.
  • Verifies and signs all documents, i.e. transcript of records, certifications, diploma, honorable dismissal, etc. issued by the office.
  • Prepares and submits enrolment list, enrolment data, data on graduates and promotional reports submitted by the Commission of Higher Education, Department of Budget and Management, other agencies, schools and local student organizations.
  • Enforces government and school regulations regarding entrance requirements, enrolment, load transfer, promotions, graduation of students and other disciplinary measures.
  • Examines admission credentials and evaluates records of students seeking admission to the University.
  • Prepares bulletin of information, catalogs, school calendar and other announcements.
  • Attends to personal and written requests re: records verification/ investigations.
  • Submits to the Academic Council and Board of Regents the lists of candidates for graduation.
  • Performs other duties that may be requested from the office
Qualifications
Education : Bachelor's Degree
Experience : 3 years of relevant experience
Training : 16 hours of relevant training
Eligibility : Career Service (Professional) Second Level Eligibility
