Duties :
  • Under direct supervision, offer administrative assistance in the formulation, development, and execution of a thorough Human Resource Management program:
  • Provide general administrative support to the HRMO team;
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional manner;
  • Assist in special HR projects as assigned by superiors;
  • Assist in disseminating information on university HRMO policies to staff;
  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality;
  • Prepare and organize personnel files, including documentation of hiring, promotions, transfers, and terminations;
  • Handle the filing, retrieval, and proper disposal of HR-related documents;
  • Generate reports and provide regular updates on HR metrics as required;
  • Participate in HRMO process improvement initiatives;
  • Undertake additional tasks and projects as assigned by supervisors.
