Duties :
  • Perform repetitive and routine clerical tasks.
  • Maintain paper and electronic records such as professors' and students' information.
  • Prepare the contract of service of law faculty members.
  • Prepare the daily time record of law faculty members.
  • Draft official time and estimate of honoraria of law faculty members.
  • Administer the Departmental and Mock Bar Examinations of law students.
  • Type and format correspondence such as letters, memos and reports also ensure that the correct recipient receives the right document/letter.
  • Answer phone calls and responds to inquires throughout the day.
  • Sort, index and file correspondence, records and other documents.
  • Arrange class schedule.
  • Arrange room utilization.
  • Do other related office and technical works as may be assigned by the college dean.

Other Qualifications : Excellent oral and written communication skills
Knowledgeable in MS Office and clerical works
