Duties :
  • 1. Monitors the e-mail account of the office.
  • 2. Acts as document custodian of the office.
  • 3. Revisits and reclassifies the document files.
  • 4. Coordinates with the different units under the Office of the Vice President for Academic Affairs.
  • 5. Receives, logs, encodes & transmits communications addressed to the office.
  • 6. Encodes the draft policies submitted by the directors and assistant directors under the leadership of the Vice President for Academic Affairs.
  • 7. Prepare the PowerPoint presentation of the draft policies.
  • 8. Prepares reports requested by CHED and other offices.
  • 9. Delivers the functions deemed necessary for the efficient delivery of the function of the Office; and
  • 10. Do related work.
