Position : Food Technologist I

Duties :
  • Generating new product ideas and recipes.
  • Modifying and improving existing recipes.
  • Designing processes and machinery to produce recipes on a large scale.
  • Liaising with marketing staff.
  • Ensuring that strict hygiene and food safety standards are met.
  • Identifying and choosing products from suppliers.
  • Monitoring the use of additives.
  • Testing and examining samples.
  • Writing reports.
Qualifications
Education : Graduate of Bachelor of Industrial Technology with specialization in Food Processing Technology
Experience : With at least one (1) year experience
Training : None required
Eligibility : None required
Other Qualifications : Meticulous attention to detail, especially with regard to food hygiene and safety.
