Position : Hostel Manager

Duties :
  • Communicating with guests, whether this chatting face-to-face, answering phone calls, or corresponding via email.
  • Conduct check-in and checkout procedures.
  • Interacting with guests/residents and identifying their needs and preferences.
  • Record and respond to guests'/residents concerns.
  • Maintain accurate reservation information.
  • Maintain the hostel facilities in proper working order.
  • Invoicing guests and handling payment transactions.
  • Enforcing hostel security and health and safety procedures and regulations.
Qualifications
Education : Bachelor's Degree in Hotel and Hospitality Management
Experience : With at least 1 year of work experience
Training : None required
Eligibility : None required
Other Qualifications : Exceptional customer service skills. Organizational skills and attention to details.
