Office Clerks for the Office of International Affairs

Bulacan State University is in need of Two (2) Office Clerks for the Office of International Affairs with the following qualifications:
  • Preferably a BS Business Administration graduate and BS Tourism Management graduate or any related degree to the said undertaking.
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Maintain files and records so they remain updated and easily accessible
  • Type and draft correspondence, letters and other important documents
  • Gather and follow-up necessary documents/requirements to different offices;
  • Assist in the processing of special study permit and student visa of international student;
  • Receive and transmit letters, memorandum and other documents to different offices and departments;
  • Sort and distribute incoming documents and prepare outgoing letters;
  • Answer the phone to take messages or redirect calls to appropriate colleagues, telephone calls as well;
  • Utilize office equipment/units such as photocopier, printers and computers;
  • Assist in office management and organization procedures;
  • Assist in making travel arrangements and booking venues for conferences and events;
  • Help organize office activities
  • Handle travel arrangements and expense reports for staff, students and faculty members.
  • Schedule meetings and conference rooms.
  • Compile financial records
  • Perform other office duties as assigned.
