Congratulations, Grade 7 Qualifiers for S.Y 2022 - 2023!
In order for us to facilitate your pre-enrollment, you are requested to fill out the Admissions/Reservation Slip that will be sent to your registered e-mail address on or before August 8, 2022.
The Deadline of filling out of the reservation is until August 9, 2022.
Failure to fill out the form on or before the specified date shall mean disinterest, thus, forfeiting the opportunity to be admitted in the Laboratory High School.
