Congratulations, Qualifiers for A.Y. 2022 - 2023!
In order for the Admissions Office to facilitate your pre-enrollment, you are requested to fill out the Admissions/Reservation Slip that will be sent out to your registered emails on June 2, 2022.
The Deadline of filling out the form is until June 12, 2022.
Failure to fill out the form on or before the specified date shall mean disinterest, thus forfeiting the opportunity to be admitted in the University.
Please be informed that some applicants who did not qualify on their preferred programs were reevaluated and transferred to the available allied programs offered in the University.
Please be guided accordingly.
