- Please be advised that qualifiers are encouraged to pay the non-refundable reservation fee of Php. 300.00 on June 20-21, 2019.
- Failure to report on any of the designated dates shall mean disinterest thus forfeiting the privilege to enroll in the university.
- Please bring photocopy of your Grade 6 Report Card.
