Bulacan State University further established its status as one of the country’s universities with the finest engineering program after PRC’s release of the 2016 Electrical Engineering board exam results.
BulSU eclipsed the national passing rate of 68.46% with its 82.65% passing rate after 81 out of 98 BulSUans made it to the cut. Further, first time takers from BulSU showed dominance as 78 out of 83 students passed, bannering a 93.98% passing rate.
Among the passers from BulSU is now Engr. Genesis E. Sales who placed top 5 for this year’s examinations.
According to Sales, he was supposed to skip this year’s board due to his illness but as he was motivated by his friends, classmates and the university’s Electrical Engineering Department together with the administration of his review center, he took the risk and decided to pursue his goal.
“Sa lahat po ng nagcongratulate, sa mga professor ko sa EE department, classmates, kaibigan, thank you po. Sa Bulacan State Universirty, sa Multivector, sa family ko, alam niyo po (ang) hirap ko. Salamat sa inyo, engineer na ako.” He added.
