Alumni with valid ID card
Visiting users with referral letters
Valid identification card issued by the school/company
Official referral letter signed by the Chief Librarian, or authorized official
Proceed to the Unit Library you wish to conduct your research and present referral letter and valid ID to the librarian or library staff at the circulation desk and asked for a form
Pay for the research fee of Php 50.00/person to the cashier and present the receipt to the unit library you wish to conduct your research and register at the log book
No visiting user shall be accommodated from the first day of the final examination until the last day of the term
Undergraduate students and visiting researchers are not allowed to use the Graduate School Library during Saturdays as this is exclusive only to BulSU graduate students due to limited resources
The visiting researcher's fee is valid only on the day of the visit
Undergraduate students and visiting researchers are not allowed to photocopy thesis and dissertations
Grade School students from other schools are not allowed to use the BulSU Libraries
Only five persons per Institutions are allowed to use BulSU Unit Libraries
The Head of the Library reserves the right to cancel requests when deemed necessary
All library users are requested to observe proper dress code. Sleeveless, mini skirt, walking shorts, shorts, plunging necklines and PE uniforms are strictly prohibited. Library users who violate this rule will not be entertained.
Library user shall be required to deposit their belongings to the counter as soon as they enter the library. Depository tags or numbers are given to the users. Lost tags numbers shall be replaced at cost.
Students who wish to go to other libraries to supplement their research should secure a referral letter at the College of Education Library duly signed by University Librarian.
Books: Library of Congress Classification System was adopted.
Periodicals: Arranged alphabetically by title and in chronological order.
Vertical File: Arranged alphabetically by subject.
Theses: Arranged by author notation and coding.
Audio Visual Materials: Arranged by coding.
